Hey , sorry to post here but i can't find "new post"
I have a problem with parcel no. RK520152763CN ,

2016-09-20 18:28:03.0 包裹Transit Station received
2016-09-20 19:35:12.0 包裹Transit Station customs scan
2016-09-20 20:00:19.0 leaving 包裹Transit Station ，next station 南通center
2016-09-21 14:01:45.0 Suzhou Transit Station export security scan
2016-09-21 14:10:55.0 Suzhou Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit )
2016-11-04 16:49:27.0 Beijing Transit Station export security scan

Looks like it is stuck in Beijing already more then 30 day . I was thinking that the parcel didn't pass the "export security scan"
Can you pls help me?

Can you pls help me?

1. I suspect your parcel never pass the Export Security check in Beijing. I can not find any indication that the parcel left China.

2. May I suggest your read this:

What does the status “Export Security Scan” mean? How long it will take?

China Post Forbidden Item List

3. You may want to contact seller as soon as possible and tell him your parcel did not pass the Security check in Beijing.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RJ146148907CN was shipped in mid of Jan, and RS194795645CN was shipped on Feb 8. Both parcels status are ok. There were some delay in January caused by holiday. Based on my experience, both parcel should arrive by end of Feb.

They told me that is China Post Unregistered.

China Post Unregistered means your can not track or verify shipment online. If you paid with aliexpress/paypal, you need to wait until buyer protection expiring date is coming. If by then you have not got the parcel, open dispute for refund. No other solution.

Hello , today my package is flying for 3 weeks , it says Beijing airport and left. The package was sent on 15-jan-2017. It's almost 2 months. From 2-feb-2017 is flying. I went to my post office and they said my pack is not there. Can you give me and answer please. Thanks a lot

1. Please next time provide tracking number.

2. Your parcel might still be in the inbound warehouse where all the mail come in Romania. It has to be verify by the Customs Officer and then will be release to the Romania Post for delivery.
