2. I don't see anything wrong in the tracking of those 2 parcels. You just need to be patient and track them on the Romania Postal site.

4. For those parcels it's what we call China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus. Can only be track in China with limited tracking. Will be deliver within 30 to 60 days.

5. For the 2 parcels, possibly you will not see anymore tracking and Romania Post will deliver those parcels just like a normal letter to you.

1. The only thing I could find is this:
RA–RZ Letter post registered; the use of RZ requires bilateral agreement

2. Maybe different region in China are using RS code and other are using RZ. This is only a personal opinion.
