Purchased an item from eBay 11 days ago and received this tracking number HK03715325AM despite the seller saying there would be no tracking since its economy shipping. I was hoping they were wrong but I can't seem to find anything with this number, thanks!

HK03715325AM is not china post tracking number. you need ask your seller how to track it.
