Post Help with Parcel Tracking Info

Hello,
the tracking info on my parcel with Tracking number: RR343946355DE was not updated for 11 days now.
The last info I got is the following:
2017-05-18 05:53:00.0 Frankfurt export customs cleared

So even though the customs are cleared it was not sent yet.
Can you please give me any information why?

Prob still in transit. Wait a few more days and check again.

Are there any updates on this already?
To me it sounds like it is not in transit yet at all.
Shouldn't the last info in the list be something like 'Frankfurt dispatched' if it's in transit?

is it beacuse of the dragon boat festival the tracking info is not updated?

RR343946355DE has not entered into China Post system yet. From Germany to China will take about 2 to 6 weeks. Once the parcel arrives China, completes customs clearance, it will enter China Post system and you will see China location in tracking result.
