Please track this for me somebody no updates since the 5th do you think it's lost?

Ordered 3 weeks ago 30th June

LX390669165CN was shipped on July 5. Normally it will travel 2 to 3 weeks to reach New Zealand. If you can not get it by Aug 5, you should open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
