Post Help tracking parcel to India

Hey, my parcel with tracking number RG695942153CN hasn't changed status in past 5 days. It only says export customs scan (domestic transit). What does this mean? Did the parcel pass customs in China? Also when can is delivery to India estimated? Can I get it before Christmas? Thank you very much.

RG695942153CN was shipped on Dec 9. Now is busy season, airline space is very tight. You have less than 40% chance to get it before Xmas.

Ok... what is the exact status of the package? And can you give a probable estimation of the arrival date?

Hey, it's been 12 days since it was sent to airline. No change in status. Can you tell me where it is right now?

12 days waiting is not long. 2 to 4 weeks waiting in this busy season is normal. you need some patient.

Okay... last question, can I know if it is waiting in airline warehouse in China or is it waiting in my country's customs? Thanks

RG695942153CN is still in China waiting for airline space. Too many parcels were shipped during Nov and Dec and airline has not enough space to ship them in time. Your parcel will arrive , it just takes time. I don't suggest you open dispute unless your buyer protection is expiring soon.

Wait another one or two weeks, it should reach India. Once it arrives India, http://track-chinapost.com/start_indiapost.php will show india location.
