Post Help Tracking Package from US to China

I shipped a package containing a dress return to a China vendor on March 6, and it still hasn't arrived. USPS tracking number is UH004262347US. Shipped from Freeport, PA 16229. USPS can't provide any updates - not sure what to do.

USPS should lost the parcel. China Post has no record about this parcel.
