I've ordered packages from 2 separate vendors out of China and my tracking hasn't been updated on your website, nor the UPS website in over a week for both packages.

For my first package LW744053947CN, this has been processing at the same center for over a week now and it's in the US. Do we know what the hold up is? I filed a ticket with UPS as I thought it had been handed over to them and they said to reach out to you all because they don't have it in their possession yet.

For my second package LS115542062CN, this hasn't even reached America yet and has not been updated since October 25 which is almost 2 weeks ago. I need the status for this as well and when I can at least expect to receive it.

USPS.com shows LW744053947CN has been processed through our facility in ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS) at 8:23 am on October 29, 2019. It is very strange that the parcel is still there. You need call USPS for delivery detail. The parcel is in their hand.

USPS.com shows LS115542062CN has been processed through our facility in ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS) at 3:23 am on November 7, 2019. Normally this means your parcel will be delivered in next 2 to 7 days. you can call USPS for delivery detail.
