http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows only result "shipping notice received from seller". This means your seller told China Post he plans to ship the goods but never actually shipped anything yet. You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment location info, you will open dispute to aliexpress/ebay against fraud shipment.

if you purchased from ebay/aliexpress, you can use their message system to contact seller. If seller does not response, open dispute against fraud.
