Post Help!! the status never changing on the tracker

I shipped some item (collectable toys) to Honduras and brazil using surface service, but all of them seems got held by japan customs, i don't know why it came to japan since my country destination is Brazil and Honduras

here is the tracking number for honduras
CP337640481CN
CP338403991CN
for 2 of there, last event is on march 7th
2017-03-07 11:49 KWS BAG, Departure from transit of exchange

CP338554930CN
CP338554912CN
and for 2 of these has over 3 month and the status on tracker never move until now,
2017-02-23 09:15 KANAGAWA, KAWASAKIHIGASHI, 219-8799, Held by import Customs
and the tracker said it is EXPIRED

now for brazil
CP338403991CN
CP337641805CN
CP337641836CN
CP338403930CN

4 of these on the tracker at track-chinapost.com got mention ALERT, and last status all of it
2017-04-04 09:15 KANAGAWA, KAWASAKIHIGASHI, 219-8799, Held by import Customs

so here is my questions:
1. how long usually it will arrived to destination?
2. is my package lost or what happened?
3. if lost, will i get compensation from china post?

please help answer me

1) your seller used a very very cheap surface parcel service which goes through sea and very slow. you might need wait half year to get the parcel in Brazil. In future, avoid use parcel number starting with CP.
2)the parcels are on the way, not lost.
3)if the parcel is lost, china post normally will compensate the money to shipper not receiver.

Same thing happened to me. I'm not sure when you sent your package but mine was sent on April 14 from China to Brazil. Pretty much same situation as yours: last update was on April 29 and it says Held by import customs in KAWASAKIHIGASHI （KANAGAWA).
What did you end up doing? Any resolution? I tried going to China Post where I originally posted but it doesn't even come up on their system. EMS over the phone tells me the package is in Japan and that I should call them (even though it says on Japan Post that you can't call from overseas :(
Don't know what else to do!

Don't know what else to do!

if your parcel was shipped through KAWASAKIHIGASHI （KANAGAWA) to Brazil, normally this means it is shipped by sea. The sea shipment from China to Brazil might take up to half year.

Just in case this post ever gets revisited... Here's an update:
After 64 days since posting the package has arrived to a major customs center in São Paulo, Brazil. There's still hope :)

want to update, my items already arrived, 1 more left to brazil, but it seems already touch down on brazil customs

mine takes 130 days to brazil, honduras 150 days
