My tracking code is RS108152804CN.

My package doesn't seem to leave the airport although its at the airport. What is going on and is everything alright?

2016-06-20 02:00:00.0 arrive Guangzhou Airport
2016-06-20 02:01:07.0 leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport
2016-06-23 22:51:00.0 arrive Guangzhou Airport
2016-06-23 22:52:25.0 leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport

1. Lately there has been some problem at the Guangzhou Airport for parcel departing China. Nobody knows when the situation will be normal.

2. The only advice is keep tracking your parcel to see if it will eventually depart China.

3. I have notice that your parcel was mail on: 2016-06-17 18:13. If you want you could contact seller to tell him what is happening. Maybe he is aware of the problem in Guangzhou Airport.
