Post HELP!! Package not delivered

Hi,
I tracked my china post number and it said on 05/16/19 my package was attempted to deliver but it didn't deliver and wanting me to contact china post to set another delivery date. Please help and please respond back.

you need post tracking number to get help. If the parcel shows attempt delivery, normally it has arrived your country. You should call your local post office to pickup the parcel.
