I'd like to know what's going on.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel was just shipped on Aug 12. please wait 2 to 4 weeks to get it in Italy.

Hi the tracking number on my package is UR867613599YP I tracked on site it states it arrived in my country on 31/10/2017, then days attempted delivery at my property, this has not been the case, my postal service has no record or receipt of this package. The seller is quite unhelpful can you help

UR867613599YP is Yanwen parcel number. final delivery will be made through Ireland Post. you need ask seller to give you Ireland post tracking number so that you can call Ireland Post to inquiry delivery detail. If seller does not give you proper answer, you should open dispute for non-arrival parcel.

LX446977513CN was returned to original shipper, you can not get this parcel anymore.
