EA174912550CN was returned and signed by shipper not you. You should open dispute to seller for refund.

Hi, this is my tracking number: RS585946970CN
The problem is that it shows that he left the Beijing airport in 25 April and since then I have no update regarding my shipping. I spoke at my local postage company and they said that there is no parcel entered in Romania yet. Why my parcel is in transit for 30 days?

Parcels to Romania may take up to 63 days. U should be patient and keep tracking it at romania post website.

But this tracking number is available outside China? If I track it will appear an update when he arrive in Romania? Or it's available only between China's borders?

Once the parcel arrives Romania, you can track the parcel in Romania website with same tracking number. The time between parcel leaving china and arriving Romania might be 2 to 4 weeks.

It's been already a month since the package was exported from Beijing airport and still got no update from then on the tracking website.

I suggest you ask seller extend protection for 2 weeks. If you can not get it by early June, open dispute to aliexpress/ebay for lost parcel.

LQ015981830CN was returned to shipper on Jun 1st. You can not get this parcel anymore. Open dispute and claim refund asap.

Every since my shipment reached GuangDongShengGuangZhouShi GUANGZHOU 
Every time i track it It's been saying the same thing for like 6 days now. Idk what's going on
