2. All parcels to Turkey are very late getting scan by Turkey Post, whether that maybe there is less manpower to do the job, I don't know but a lot of complaint about parcel not arriving in Turkey.

My parcel has left China however I accidently listed the wrong street number in the shipping address. Can anyone tell me how can I fix this???

Hi i wondered if anyone can help me as I bought a item of Ebay and the seller sent it with China post to the UK.
When I look the tracking number up it says that my item has been delivered, but the problem is I haven't recieved it??
I have contacted seller and asked for the email address of the company that delivered it when it reached the Uk but have gotten nowhere with them.
Ebay won't refund me as the seller gave them tracking number and it says it's delivered. I have been trying to get this resolved for the last month n half but have not got nowhere and now the seller is just ignoring me seller name on Ebay (uksolarseller). Tracking number is YT1633712166701033 hope I can get some help on here.
