I bought something on Ebay Oct 9th and the parcel hasen't moved since the 16th of Oct. I've tried to contact the seller with no luck, he has even closed his store :( Tracking number provided is: 06639726912 This is what I have to date;

This is my daughters bday gift which is Saturday...

this kind of 11 digit number is china post ordinary parcel. This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

My item cleared payment on the 6th of October..... 4-12 weeks is not acceptable, than to not be able to track it. I paid 100$ for the item!

If your seller promise you fast delivery, you should open dispute for refund.

Business days may mean 5 days a week if they're mon-fri (it's a Chinese company, maybe they operate differently?), so that's what, seven weeks? I'd be interested to know when it actually did arrive.
