Hello Admin,

Could you help me to find where my parcel is now? (track # : LM405134005CN)
It seems like on route to Canada, but it has been more than 3 weeks now. I am wondering if everything is alright.

You should open dispute to seller for non-arrival parcel. Your parcel seems to be lost. Normally ePacket parcel will arrive Canada no more than 4 weeks.
