Hello

I am writing from Mongolian my track number is CB901928578IE im still waiting my item its not arrived yet, now its more than one month what's the problem??? I am asking from Mongolian post they just answering my item is in China 18th of March 2019 if i lost what should i do?

CB901928578IE has nothing to do with China Post. It is Ireland Post parcel which is shipped to Switzerland. It will not go to China or Mongolia.
