I am missing my parcel LW078745554CN and the status hasn't been updated in 20 days..is there any new update how long this one will take or where it is?!

your parcel should have arrived USPS import parcel sorting warehouse. Since March 2017. USPS import sorting and customs clearance is extremely slow. You need wait extra 2 to 5 weeks than before.
