Hello, My parcel have been in transit for a long time could anyone help me to get it

China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

Sent to airline does not mean you will get the parcel very soon. It will keep waiting 5 to 10 days in airline warehouse waiting flight space and another 1 to 4 weeks import customs processing in destination country(speed depending on country). The status will stuck at "sent to airline" during this 2 to 8 weeks period.

Once it passes import customs clearance, Turkey Post will scan and update its new location for China Post database and you will see new status.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

So there is no chance that they might lost the parcel i mean sooner or later it will come to Turkey right ?

You can not know if the parcel is lost or not. But normally if you can not get the parcel in 60 days, you need open dispute to aliexpress/paypal for lost parcel refund.

Hello, I am exactly at the same situtation. I can not get any update for my 2 parcels since 19/02 and 23/02. I guess that there has been a common delay between those date ranges. But I am not sure whether the parcels will arrive to Turkey or they are lost. I have also contacted with Turkey Post and they say that the parcels have not entered to the destination country, Turkey, yet and advised me to wait.
