You might have bought the ear pods on 19 October, but your seller didn't ship them until 7 November.

The gap between the last status in China (leaving Beijing, 10 November) and the first update in the USA tends to take a long time -- the parcel usually needs to wait in a backlog for airline space, customs inspection, and USPS sorting, before its status is finally updated again. The delays from the holiday shipping season tend to start as early as the beginning of November, so it could be 30 days or longer (ie, Dec 10) before your parcel's status updates again.

If your buyer protection period is getting close to running out, definitely file a dispute against your seller so you can get your money back.
