http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RO273710284CN shows the parcel RO273710284CN was sent to airline on May 14. Normally parcel will wait about 5 to 12 weeks to catch flight space to South Africa. You need wait some more time.

Same for me - my tracking # is LN290912202CN and it keeps saying no record. Why do they say it shipped when it has not???

Okay so everytime i put in my tracking number it says no record and i just Wanted to know if my package left or ? My tracking number is LY302053534CN

No shipping record means your seller did not ship anything to you.
You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal whichever you paid money to.

China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

you need wait about 5 to 12 weeks to get it in Argentina.
