Your seller delayed shipment for 3 weeks. http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows seller actually shipped the goods on Mar 13. If seller have any delivery promise to you, you can open dispute to him for compensation.

I been wait since 3/16/2018 paid express shipping on tracking number LS863461819CN an still have not gotten it. Can you please tell me where it is and when will it show up
