this kind of 11 digit number is china post ordinary parcel. This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

I have been trying to track my package, but for the last 13 days, it has said the same thing,
that it's "On Route".......Why does it take so long, 13 days to be exact, to even leave Shanghai Export Customs? I understand that this shipping method is offered for the lowest possible price, but really, does it take 2 weeks for a plane to leave a facility and a land in the States? I know that a lot of things are being shipped to the United States, it's not like I have the only package being sent.....Not meaning to sound rude, it's just that I've been burned by this once before.....
