It has been 7 months with the same status stating that it has been sent to the airport with the time of the flight and the flight number but I still have yet to recieve my parcel.
Has it left or still in China?

UG541632601CN should be lost. You need open dispute to PayPal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund if it is not too late.
