Post Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared for over 30 Days!

Hello. I ordered an item from Aliexpress well more than a month ago, and the last update I've had from China Post was on April 1st 2016 (35 days ago). Can someone tell me where my package is?
Tracking Number: RI949944610CN

The last update shows:
2016-04-01 11:53:26.0 - Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared

I ordered a Wifi chip for my Nintendo Wii U gamepad.

1. After tracking your parcel on multiple sites, I suspect strongly that your parcel departed China to Canada.

2. I suspect your parcel arrive in Canada and it's at the Customs Office getting clear. Presently there is a waiting time of 5 to 6 week before delivery in Canada do to Customs. Your parcel can not be track at Canada Post.
