Post File a dispute?

Hello, I asked if anyone could track my package a few days ago, and I was told to wait. I checked the website site package trackr to find out that my package has been in customs for over a month now. I believe this is the 41st day since I ordered my package. Should I file a dispute or will my package ever leave and get to me?

2. You might want to read this for USA:

3. So you parcel is On Route to USA, I suspect strongly that your parcel is in USA and possibly at the US Customs Office and has not clear yet.

4. Unfortunately USPS does not track China Post Register Air Mail parcel is USA. Your parcel has been on the road for 45 days, I would give it another 7 days and if you don't get it, then contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel.
