Shipped from UK to Dongguan

I think maybe th have wrong address? Not sure what to do.
What is china postal service number?

I was reading china post FAQ, says address should be wrote in pinyin. It is wrote in English.

the parcel is in China Post 东莞厚街 office, go to that office and pickup the parcel asap.

They said it was closed today.
What is a more direct website to track? According to someone Chinese who check on another site, they said the parcel just arrived yesterday, maybe out for delivery tommorow. But the information I got above is confusing.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel is still in Dongguan city 东风路Post Office, why don't you ask the receiver go to that office and pickup the parcel asap. If receiver does not pickup the parcel, it will be returned to UK.

receiver called hotline, they have the correct address, should be delivered tomorrow apparently. Nonetheless, the tracking information result from website seems wrong or confusing.

They are having trouble picking it up.
First you said pick it up from China Post 东莞厚街
then Dongguan city 东风路Post Office

I suppose is the latter one?

these 2 post offices are very close, you should ask receiver try both offices.
