Hello I ordered something from China with the tracking # EA064035909CN it hasent updated in a week. I frequently order from this supplier and it's never taken this long. Has my package been lost?

EA064035909CN is ok. It left China on April 26 and is now in USPS import warehouse.

Since March 2017, USPS import processing becomes extremely slow. Often parcel will stuck for 2 to 10 week in import warehouse. You need some patient.

U should request a refund for non arrival of parcel. Max time to malaysia is usually 30 days
