Hello,

I am waiting for the last 20+ days for my package to arrive from China to San Francisco. I am unable to see any updates on the tracking as it has not been updated since 25th Oct 2017.

I get the following message when tracked;

2017/10/25 16:47 Received by Post Office 510142
2017/10/25 22:52 Departure export customs GUANGZHOU EM
2017/10/25 22:52 Item returned from export Customs/Security GUANGZHOU EM

Can you please tell me as to when can I expect the package to my door step? Any help is greatly appreciated.

the parcel seems have problem. Please wait 2 more weeks. If you can not get it by end of Nov, open dispute for lost parcel.
