Post EMS mail not delivered

Hello!
I sent my mail (track number: EC001516983PK) from Pakistan through EMS to the Hefei University of Technology. I tracked my courier and it is showing unsuccessful delivery cause addressee is not at the address, addressee office is closed.
Now will the China Post deliver my documents again or it will be returned to me?

EC001516983PK failed delivery because the receiver is not in the address of the parcel.

You need ask receiver call China Post hotline 11183 and try to pickup the parcel. If none pick up the parcel within specific time frame, the parcel will be returned to you.

But the universities are closed on Saturday and Sunday, and how can I ask the university to send someone to pick the parcel. Why the China Post attempted delivery on Saturday, as it is not working day of University,?
