Post EMS from China to LA USA - Its been 3 weeks yet No tracking information is available from USA

I have not received a package via EMS from China to Los Angeles. It’s been 3 weeks. Through my experience, it’s not normal at all. Usually EMS packages arrive in 10 days or so to LA. Any idea about the current status/actions I should take?? Please see below re tracking results. Thank you so much in advance,

Sometimes EMS can take 30 days to reach USA. Your parcel was shipped from Guangzhou which suffered airline space shortage caused by Hong Kong airport chaos(many parcels can not go through Hong Kong airport and caused serious disorder in Guangzhou sorting center).
