Good day

This package has been stuck at customs at China Post since the 12th of September and 2 months have passed, I would like to know if my package is on the way back? The parcel was not collected by the receiver and I would like my parcel returned.

EE022869345ZA stuck in Guangzhou customs since Sep 12. You need ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and try to pickup the parcel. If receiver does not pickup the parcel, normally parcel will be returned to you automatically.

You can file investigation with South Africa Post and ask them to push China Post send the parcel back asap.

I do not understand, I have to file an investigation with my own post office to check when a package from China Post is returning? It has been 2 months, why is the parcel not on its way back? You are simply deflecting the problem to someone else when this is clearly YOUR problem as you are representing China Post. Where is the package currently?
