http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was sent to airline on Dec 24. Normally it will wait 4 to 6 weeks to catch flight to italy and wait another 10 to 30 days to make Italy customs clearance. If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
