Hi. 10.11.2018 i have ordered goods on aliexpress. Seler give me tracking number CP381218255CN. After one month i asked seller what is happening because i saw only that on 15.11.2018 was information gived from seller to china post that he would like send goods... He told me that i dont have to worry... I am still waiting for package... Can somebody tell me does seller really send package?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CP381218255CN shows only result "shipping notice received". This means your seller applied a tracking number from China Post, but never actually shipped anything.

You should open dispute to aliexpress against fraud.
