Post Different tracking updates!

So im tracking my ems package and on 17track it shows that it has left for San Francisco.
But on the site here it shows "Item returned from export Customs/Security". The 17track update is from 12th and the "Item returned from export Customs/Security" is from 11th.
Any help?
