Hello, my package is still stuck and has not updated since October 8. LZ913580229CN This is my parcel number. Can someone please help me get some details about this package?

http://track-chinapost.com/starteub.php shows LZ913580229CN was returned to shipper on Oct 12. Not sure return reason, you can not get this parcel anymore.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, open dispute to seller for refund asap.
