Sorry to be that newbie that asks for help straight away but I have a package sent through EMS and have had no update for 17 days. Can any one shed any light, the tracking number is LX294600179CN

Thanks for any/all your help in advance. Its frustrating me and EMS China have no contact details at all.

LX294600179CN is ePacket which becomes very slow since March 2017. you might need wait 4 to 6 weeks to receive it in USA.

Brilliant thank you so much for your quick reply, I've ordered so much from China through EMS and never had a problem until now. I was worried the package had gone missing.

ePacket to UK normally will arrive in 2 weeks. If you did not get the parcel in 3 weeks, you should open dispute to seller for lost parcel.
