Hi, I need some help.

I bought a cosplay from Bhiner Cosplay using Bhiner economy (7-30days), that lead to EMS.
I made the 2nd payment needed to ship the items on the 22nd of January and it started shipping the day after.
I had the last update on the 25th of January saying "Shenzhen, leaving Shenzhen to Inter (turn)" and nothing more.
I know that these is some delay because of the New Year's holidays but let me tell you more.
I decided to make this cosplay with a friend. She made the 2nd payment on the 1st February, using also Bhiner economy that lead to Hong Kong post. She constantly recieved updates and her package arrived after 11 days, so I think New Year's holidays aren't a problem.

Can someone help me please? I absolutely need the package by the 2nd March

Lately this type of parcel seems to be taking at least 50 days to reach Italy, so unfortunately I don't think it is going to arrive in time. I would start making alternative plans for your cosplay if I were you.
