Hi, an item i ordered through aliexpress has quite a long delay and is stuck at :【CHINA】Send item abroad (EDI-received) since 09 December 2016. This is the tracking number: RF459362297CN Can you please help me because my Buyer Protection expires in a few days. Help please!

2. You could ask seller to extend the Buyer's protection. If he does not want, then you will have no other choice of opening a dispute.

3. You are not the first one complaining about parcel not arriving in Bulgaria. They might be something wrong in your country Customs Office, maybe not enough personal to handle all the parcels coming from overseas.
