How long does customs usually take? Please check on my parcel LC807642893US. Thank you

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel arrived Guangzhou on Dec 9. You should ask receiver contact local China Post office(phone number 11185) and try to pickup the parcel.

So I called and talked to three people today and they all said that it was no longer in customs but no one could tell me where it is. I checked the tracking again and it was updated today but it says customs scan again. Please help me find it. I will go pick it up if I know where it is. Thanks. Tracking number LC807642893US
