Hello - my parcel has been in customs for over a week. Last time that happened, there was an issue. Can you verify if it is just delayed or if there is a problem? Tracking number is CV060728017US.

CV060728017US arrived China customs on Dec 5, it seems to have customs clearance problem. You can ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and inquiry detail. If china post can not find the parcel, you need contact USPS to file investigation.

My mail has been in Guangzhou since 1/29/19 and it’s 2/17/19 and It hasn’t moved in three weeks why is my package taking forever to deliver it was approved and it’s still in Guangzhou could it been lost? Bc it’s been 20 days and it hasn’t moved my tracking number is LT282436339CN, I order stuff from wish and it’s stuff from China and that comes within a week, please help me thank you

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LT282436339CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to US on Jan 29.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in JFK,US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.
