2. Your parcel is not at Customs it cleared, you might want to ask Gearbest, they must have received your parcel. If not then they could call China Post hot line: 11185 to find out where is the parcel at.

Gearbest tells me that they have not received the item yet. The tracking info also don't show something like this. But they are refusing to contact the China Post. They act like they don't understand what I'm saying. Is there any way I can contact the China Post myself? I have sent them an email but they didn't reply. Is the any other way?

1. China Post Hot Line is: 86 20 11185, but you need somebody who speak Mandarin, they don't speak in English.

2. The only thing to do is try to have a supervisor of Customer Service from Gear Best respond to your E Mail.

3. You could also ask the Greece Post Office to launch an investigation about your parcel. Tell them that the recipient did not receive the parcel. From the tracking number from Greece I suppose it's registered mail so somebody has to sign for it.

4. Other then the above no more suggestions.
