Buyer tell me, not parcel yet.

the parcel arrived beijing on Nov 2, normally it should be delivered before Nov 10. If not, It should be lost.

By the way, do you have Chinese Address in the mail ? does the mail go to China major city such as Beijing ,Shanghai or Guangzhou, Shenzhe?
International Parcel without Chinese address or goes to small city in China has very high lost rate, you should be cautious.

1. Maybe buyer should call China Post Hot Line or even go to a local post office and ask about the parcel!!!!!

1. Either you call China Post Hot Line: 86 20 11185, they speak only Mandarin or the recipient of the parcel call that number to find out about the parcel.

2. That is your option right now, or just wait for a scanning of the parcel eventually.

I don't think that English address can be translate to original Chinese address. It is not deliverable
