This parcel is almost 6 weeks, it showed that it has left China, but when will I receive it in Malaysia?

CP264010010CN is still in guangzhou airport. It has some problem to catch the flight space. Is there any battery inside the parcel?

No it does not have battery in the package, it's some clothings.

Hi admin,

When I track on this site, it says the parcel status is 'departure from China'. Is the parcel still in GuangZhou airport or has it left China?

"departure" means the parcel has left China Post warehouse and was sent to airline. Not necessarily left China. In normal season, the airline will ship the parcel within 1 or 2 days after the "departure" status.However, now is rush season, waiting time is much longer.

CP264010010CN is stuck in Guangzhou. If your parcel has no battery or copyright item inside, it will arrive Malaysia sooner or later.
