Good evening.

I've been trying to keep track on a parcel that was/is meant to be a gift for a friend that I had intended to give to them before I flew out of the UK for two months on the 30th Sept, but having been checking, it concerns me that the tracking shows the package only making it to a certain point on the 10th then the trail going cold with the final entry on 17track's website saying:

"2017-09-10 09:43 Qingdao, site left Qingdao sent to London Heathrow Airport (transfer)"

then something completely different on ems.com/cn:

"2017-09-10 09:43:35 ShanDongShengQingDaoShi QINGDAO Despatch from Sorting Center "

The number is: LX468717784CN

Any assistance would be appreciated, thanks.

the parcel should have arrived Heathrow Airport and waiting for import processing. As too many parcels shipped from China to UK, UK customs might take 2 to 4 weeks to do import processing and sorting, you can not see new status until UK customs release the goods to Royal mail. Please be patient.
