And our customer told to us, she didn't recieve our product not yet.

We tried tracking in China Post Register Air Mail Tracking System.
Parcel No.RR499905805KR tracking result said to us, delivery Office attempted delivery so many times. But our customer didn't recieve product RR499905805KR.
Please help my customer to recieve our product.
And additionally, I didn't write our customer's phone number on delivery address.
Could it be reason , when the postman visits our customer's place to give the product?
How can I give customer phone number to chinapost?
I can't use mandarin.
