Order was placed on may26th and still not received. tracking shows that it reached India but when I search from destination country option, it says it did not arrive. How to raise complaint or take action.??

India Post website shows the parcel is in "India, KOLKATA FOREIGN LCAO, Transfer from office of exchange (Inb), Air, BANGALORE SUB FGN POST".

You need contact your local India Post office and inquiry detail.
