Hi,

My parcel is stuck at Kolkata customs and I am unable to get a status on the same. Can someone please help?

1. Have you tried to call India Post:
Destination Country - India: +91 1800 11 2011

They might be able to help you out for your parcel.

2. China Post can not help you because the parcel is in your country Customs Office. The only thing to do if India Post can not do anything is to start a complaint at the India Post Site.

Now, every postal service has a customer care at the customs who contact us when the parcel is for customs check. Does China Post also have a contact at Kolkata, who we can reach out to?

1. Last tracking of your parcel is this:
2016-06-03 11:04
India, KOLKATA FOREIGN LCAO, Send item to customs (Inb), Air, CED JAIPUR

2. Nobody here can do anything to speed up the process in your Country India Customs Office.

3. You need to call India Post Office or write a complaint on the India Post site. This is all you can do for now.

4. The last solution would be to contact seller and tell him that you have not received your parcel because it's stuck at the Customs Office in India.
