your parcel is china post ordinary parcel which has very limited tracking updating(china post seldom scan such kind of parcel after shipping). http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was shipped on Mar 11. normally you will wait 4 to 6 weeks

I'm pretty sure a shipment from China the tracking number includes the letters CN at the end of tracking number. And also I believe another 2 letters to begin g the tracking number. You might want to contact seller and open dispute.
